Workshops and events for the 2009 festival will be posted here as they are confirmed. The festival is all about participation, so why not propose an event or activity?
If you have an idea for something you'd like to do this year, please contact us or discuss it in the forum. You can also look at photos and videos of events in previous years to get an idea of what goes on at the festival.
This year's festival will include:
- Cabaret evenings including lots of musical performance
- Caligraphy workshop
- Operatic duet
- Jazz in the bar
- Two plays including "Potty Harry and the Toilet of Doom"
- "Granny Evans knit in": Join Granny Evans to knit the Small Festival patchwork blanket
- Dance workshop and improvisation

- "Hair Piece" a meditation on hair
- Hair extensions workshop
- Felted bracelet making for children
- Making a game called "bilboquet"
- Treasure hunt
- Drama/improvisation/devised theatre for teenagers followed by performance
