Friday

Adults: Three bean chilli – herb rice – salsa and flat bread.

Kids: Homemade roast vegetable pizza – carrot and cucumber sticks.

Pudding: Lemon pistachio sponge cake and brownies.

Saturday

Lunch

Adults: Roast squash and lentil soup topped with tamari roast seeds.

Pissaladiere (onion puff tart) – beetroot hummus – charred aubergine dip and tomato, cucumber, olive and basil salad.

Kids: Soup and sandwiches (cheese salad, tomato and salad)

Dinner

Adults: Aubergine and pepper passanda – chapati – coconut chutney – red lentil dhal and brown rice

Kids: Roast balsamic tomato macaroni cheese with minted peas

Pudding: Apple upside down cake

Lunch

Adults: 3 greens filo pie – Vegan red slaw – Roast tomato mint carrot quinoa salad – Mixed Leaf

Kids: Sausage rolls and roasted vegetables cous cous salad

Dinner

Adults: Nut roast encroute – Paprika roasted new potato – Carrots cooked in orange and green beans and almonds

Kids: Baked potatoes – homemade baked beans and coleslaw

Pudding: Eton mess with seasonal fruits
